kunde-blog is a personal notebook about building small, durable things for the web — static-site tooling, markdown workflows, and self-hosting on modest hardware. It favors boring technology that will still work in ten years.

How it's built

• Astro 7 compiles every page to static HTML; content lives in typed markdown collections.
• Bun handles installs and builds — one toolchain, one lockfile.
• Docker + nginx serve the built files from a small VPS.
• Zero client-side JavaScript — dark mode is a CSS media query and navigation is plain links.

Colophon

Type is set entirely in Courier New — one face for every role, shared with kunde100.com, its sibling site. The palette is strictly monochrome: black on white by day, cleanly inverted at night. No webfonts, no accent colors, no client-side JavaScript.
